Industrial vs traditional food in China

In China, a lot of people will prefer industrial food because they think it is healthier.
Actually, I kind of understand them. Because you can have diseases if you do not eat clean food, and a lot of food is made in the street where hygiena is not a priority.

That’s why they like this kind of pizza :


(which I find particularly disgusting)

Everything have to “look” clean and white but we know that there is a lot of oil and unhealthy ingredients..

So we can see the differenc between a fast growing country that only trust industrial food, and old countries that will prefer home made and authentic food because hygiena is already very good if we compare it to China.
(I am trying to be as objective as possible 🙂 )
